This unique villa, partially connected to the owners' residence, welcomes you with all the comforts of home, allowing you to effortlessly enjoy your stay without the hassle of bringing sheets and towels.
The layout is thoughtful: an inviting entrance with a toilet leads to the sunny living room with a beautiful fireplace. Seamlessly transition to the spacious, luxurious kitchen equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave. On the north side, three bedrooms await you. The generous master bedroom has its own toilet, sink, and shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and two single beds. The spacious bathroom, with double sinks, toilet, bidet, bathtub, and two showers, is finished with original marble and fully tiled.
In the living room, you'll find two large sofas that can be transformed into two additional double beds, accommodating up to 10 people. Enjoy the fresh air on the terraces on the southwest and northwest sides, each approximately 70 m2. Here, you can sunbathe, dine, barbecue, or simply relax with a book. Part of the terrace is covered, and terrace furniture is naturally at your disposal.
Equipped with all the comforts, Villa Janina offers strollers, cribs, and high chairs if desired. A TV, radio/CD player, and WiFi are available, while the communal washing machine is located in the garage. Park your car in our enclosed grounds and explore the surroundings with our available bicycles. Allow the children (under your supervision) to have fun in the children's pool on the communal lower terrace, provided there is sufficient water supply from the municipality.
