Prices include the use of bath, bed, and kitchen linen, washing machine, wifi, and air conditioning (limited to 45 kW per week; thereafter, a surcharge of €0.50 per kW applies). We appreciate guests leaving the apartment neat and clean. In case you prefer not to do this yourself, we offer an optional cleaning service for €50. We trust our guests to treat our apartment with respect. If this is not done, a surcharge of €50 will be applied.

Reservations and Payment Terms
Generally, rentals are on a weekly basis, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out should occur by 10:00 AM. These times can be adjusted through prior arrangement.
Once the tenant and landlord have agreed on the rental period and price, the tenant will receive the lease agreement via email. The tenant completes this agreement with their details and those of any co-tenants/guests, after which the finalized agreement is sent to the landlord via email.
The tenant is requested to transfer 40% of the agreed rental amount to the specified bank account (NL or IT) or pay this amount in cash. Once this payment is received, the reservation is confirmed, and the originally signed lease agreement is immediately sent by post or email by the landlord, or provided directly.
Upon arrival, no later than after inspecting the rented property, the remaining 60% of the rental amount must be settled.
It is important to note that the 40% deposit is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation. Tenants are reminded that considering cancellation insurance is an option to protect themselves in such situations.
